"Tom arrived within an hour of my early morning "no water" emergency. He immediately assessed the job and began the repair. All of the parts needed were on his truck. He explained everything that he was doing as he inspected and repaired/replaced each item. The old tank and any garbage were removed from my property, and the work area cleaned up within three hours of his arrival. I had potable hot water for my family that same morning. I wish that I could give this company more than five stars. They were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Superior gets my highest recommendation and I would call them again should I have any future problems with my well system."

"He was interested in changing parts that were still working (pressure gauge and check valve) prior to diagnosing the problem. Was lazy enough to recommend an excavator to dig for 40 foot new offset line, that costs thousands. Left unfinished work for days after setting up garden hose connection from the well!!! Charged $1,200 and took $1,000 cash as final settlement before leaving. He did not have good work ethic neither cared for his work and his customers!"
